Please note that GCLR do not own or manage the facilities at the building. All Common areas like hallways, rubbish areas, outdoor areas etc, including facility outages, pool temperatures, maintenance and cleaning are all handled by the onsite managers. GCLR have no control over these matters.
Your Apartment
Furnishings – Your apartment is furnished with high-end, one of a kind custom pieces for the comfort of all our guests. We kindly ask that you refrain from sitting on the furnishings while wearing wet swimwear or using towels! Please also refrain from eating or drinking on the lounge. Fees may be incurred should professional cleaners be required or replacement furnishings required following your departure.
Apartment Supplies – Complimentary starter pack including detergent, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags & laundry powder. There are supermarkets and convenience stores all within a short drive of your apartment if you would like any additional supplies!
Housekeeping – This apartment has been cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. If you require a mid-stay clean, please contact our office with 24hrs notice. Please note charges apply.
Beach Towels – Gold Coast Luxury Resorts have beach towels available to hire, please reach out for more information.
Dishwasher – This apartment features a dishwasher for your convenience. If you are unsure how to use the dishwasher, click here for the manual.
Coffee Machine – There is a Nespresso compatible Pod Coffee Machine available for your use. Please ensure to only use the correct sized pods and clean the milk frother after every use. If you are unsure how to use the Coffee Machine, click here for the manual.
Blinds & Windows – Please take care when operating the electric blinds and curtains. Please ensure to use the switches on the wall to operate the blinds – do not try to manually operate the blinds and curtains. It is recommended you open all blinds and curtains before opening any doors or windows to prevent possible damage.
Lights – Next to the front door, there is a master switch that controls all the lights in the apartment. Ensure to press the “Home” switch when entering the apartment, and the “Away” switch when leaving. All lights are controlled by the light switches on the walls or by the bedside tables. To dim the lights, hold down the light switch.
TV’s – There are smart TVs throughout, with high quality sound bars.
Sonos Sound System – Each room is wired with Sonos speakers. These speakers can be controlled by the Sonos app, on the iPad mounted to the wall in kitchen/dining area. Click here for an instructional video on how to use the App.
No Smoking or Vaping – There is a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’ in place in all Gold Coast Luxury Resorts apartments. Any evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in extra cleaning charges, as per your lease agreement.
Keys – For the security of all guests staying within the resort, you are required to use your security fobs to gain access to all resort facilities and after hours building access. Your fobs also allow you to activate the carpark and lifts. Please notify us immediately if your keys become lost or stolen. Charges apply for all replacement keys. In the event of a lockout please call the emergency number. An on the spot call out fee applies of up to $200 cash outside of office hours.
Fire Alarm – This resort is equipped with a certified fire alarm system for your safety. This system is linked to the Queensland Fire & Rescue Department in case of an emergency. Please be aware that all apartments are fitted with sensitive smoke detectors that are easily activated. False alarms and fire department call outs are expensive, so please take care while cooking in your apartment. A fine of approximately $1000 can be imposed. Please make sure exhaust fans are in use and balcony doors left open while cooking. For troubleshooting information, click here.
Security – For your safety please ensure that all doors including those to the balcony are locked upon leaving your apartment.
Rubbish – Garbage chutes are located in the fire exit room at the southern end of the hallway outside your apartment.

Due to our high occupancies and strict cleaning schedule check out time is strictly 10:00am
On your departure please ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away.
All rubbish is to be removed from the property, including any left over food or drinks from the cupboard and fridge. Rubbish chutes are located on the south side of the building behind the fire exit door.
Turn off all lights and air conditioning before vacating.
You can opt to leave both sets of keys on the kitchen bench and lock the door behind you, however, if you have a car in the basement, please remove your car first. Alternatively you can return the keys to our office at Shop 17, 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach. If the office is unattended please place keys in the drop box provided.
It is imperative that you do NOT use the key drop boxes at the resort. These drop boxes do not belong to GCLR and we cannot gain access to them.
Please note – you can get to the lobby without your key/fobs.
Loss of Power
Please ensure the master switch at the front door is switched to “Home”. If the “Home” button is selected and there is still no power, then it is possible that a circuit breaker has tripped. This may be caused by a faulty appliance, too many items drawing electricity, or a power surge.
The fuse box in this apartment is located in a cupboard in the master bedroom.
Check for any switches that are in the off position and turn back on.
If the power trips again, please unplug any items that may have tripped the power and try again.
If it continues please report to maintenance, see below.
