This holiday home features 5 guest bedrooms, 2 with ensuite plus an additional large guest bathroom.
Sentosa at Tugun also has its own media room with a large flat screen TV, surround sound, Xbox system & DVD player, the kids will be in heaven.
Additionally, the property has zoned ducted air-conditioning & heating, pool and doubled glazed glass doors & windows, so it makes for a perfect vacation year round.
Enjoy a round of backyard cricket and a family BBQ whilst the kids splash about in the oceanfront gated pool with lush flat grassy areas for the children to play. This property is truly the ultimate beachfront escape.
Check in takes place at the property, via our contactless key collection safe. We will provide you with the code for this safe on the day of arrival when the home is ready.

Bin Days – Thursday Morning
If you are currently inhouse on a Wednesday afternoon, please ensure the bins are put out on the curb for collection Thursday Morning. Failure to do so may result in an extra fee as we will need to organise an additional collection. If you are unsure which bin to put out, CLICK here for the bin schedule.
Pool Cleaning & Garden Maintenance
Periodic pool and garden maintenance may happen while you are in house. Due to the seasonal nature of these services we are unable to provide exact schedules.
The Property
Property Supplies – Complimentary starter pack including detergent, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags & laundry powder. There are supermarkets and convenience stores all within a short drive from your location.
Housekeeping – This house has been cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. If you require a mid-stay clean, please contact our office with 24hrs notice. Please note charges apply.
Dishwasher – This apartment features a dishwasher for your convenience. Please be sure to read the manual if you are unsure. Online manuals are also very useful.
Blinds & Windows – Please take care when operating blinds and curtains. It is recommended you open or wind up all blinds and curtains before opening any doors or windows to prevent possible damage.
No Smoking or Vaping – There is a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’ in place in all Gold Coast Luxury Resorts homes. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in extra cleaning charges, as per your lease agreement.
Keys – Please notify us immediately if your keys become lost or stolen. Charges apply for all replacement keys. In the event of a lockout please call the emergency number. An on the spot call out fee applies of $100 cash outside of office hours.
Security – For your safety please ensure that all doors including those to the balcony are locked upon leaving your apartment.

Due to our high occupancies and strict cleaning schedule check out time is strictly 10:00am
On your departure please ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away.
All rubbish is to be removed from the property, including any left over food or drinks from the cupboard and fridge and placed in the wheelie bins.
Turn off all lights and air conditioning before vacating.
Please ensure you lock the property fully before returning the keys to the Lock Box where you found them.

Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify it for you.
