Villa Paradiso is your home away from home. Beautifully furnished throughout, this stylish abode is perfect for one or two families and offers you uninterrupted waterfront living with your own private plunge pool. This holiday home features 4 guest bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 car spaces.
The property is located on the fringes of Surfers Paradise, conveniently located within 5minutes walk of the Gold Coast’s iconic Home of the Arts (HOTA) where art, entertainment, culture and lifestyle meet.
Enjoy a family BBQ on the waterfront deck whilst the kids splash about in the gated pool. This property is the perfect waterfront escape.

Bin Days – Friday Mornings
If you are currently inhouse on a Thursday, please ensure all household rubbish is placed in the council bins provided. A Bin Butler will enter the property on Thursday afternoon to place the bins on the curb for collection. He will return again on Friday to ensure the bin is clean and place it back inside the property.
Pool Cleaning & Garden Maintenance
Periodic pool and garden maintenance may happen while you are in house. Due to the seasonal nature of these services we are unable to provide exact schedules.
The Property
Property Supplies – Complimentary starter pack including detergent, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags & laundry powder. There are supermarkets and convenience stores all within a short drive from your location if you require more.
Housekeeping – This house has been cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure. If you require a mid-stay clean, please contact our office with 24hrs notice. Please note charges apply.
Refrigerator – This house features a smart fridge with Spotify for your enjoyment. You will need your own Spotify account to access this function. The PIN code for the fridge is 1999. Please be sure to read the manual if you are unsure. Online manuals are also very useful.
Blinds & Windows – Please take care when operating blinds and curtains. It is recommended you open or wind up all blinds and curtains before opening any doors or windows to prevent possible damage.
No Smoking or Vaping – There is a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’ in place in all Gold Coast Luxury Resorts homes. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in extra cleaning charges, as per your lease agreement.
Keys – Please notify us immediately if your keys become lost or stolen. Charges apply for all replacement keys. In the event of a lockout please call the emergency number. An on the spot call out fee applies of $100 cash outside of office hours.
Security – For your safety please ensure that all doors including those to the balcony are locked upon leaving your apartment.
Check out Procedures
Due to our high occupancies and strict cleaning schedule, check out time is strictly 10:00am
On your departure please ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away.
All rubbish is to be removed from the property, including any left over food or drinks from the cupboard and fridge and placed in the wheelie bins.
Turn off all lights and air conditioning before vacating.
Please ensure you lock the property fully before returning the keys to our office.
Reporting Maintenance
Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify it for you.
