This place was fantastic! Had a terrific week staying at the Jewel apartments through Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Couldn’t fault it in any way. It’s a great location, had terrific amenities and the apartment itself is luxury personified. So easy to deal with, simply picked up keys from the office, had a small issue with a wonky door hinge but it was fixed in record time. Thanks so much, it was fantastic!!! Have to say we are really happy with our stay. I’ve been travelling to GC for 20 years and thought we’d book through a new company. We were a bit worried about staying somewhere new (to us) and also weren’t too sure about the key pick up system.
However, instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and the girls let us check in early as our flight was changed last minute.
Our apartment was perfect and the views, pools, gym and staff were amazing. We will definitely be booking through GC luxury resorts again. A big mention to Felicity. Thank you for checking in on us and making our stay memorable.

Absolutely beautiful! We had the most gorgeous apartment overlooking the ocean, the view was incredible. The apartment was perfectly clean and smelt amazing in every room. We couldn’t hear any noise from any of the other apartments. The pools were sparkling and warm. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we could have needed supplied in our room. The Wi-Fi was great, and we had heaps of streaming services (with your own account) on the TV’s. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was a perfect size for my 2 young children. The pool area is incredible, very family friendly. I loved that I could relax by the pool and not worry too much about my kids being in the water as it’s mostly shallow!

The apartment located on the 19th floor was amazing in terms of location, views and the accommodation itself. The furnishings and decor were first class in this spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and the amenities in the complex are second to none. The ocean and city skyline views from the wrap around balcony are priceless. Best of all it is a short walk to everything? I was realised that I left my Ipad in the accommodation after checked out and I couldn’t go back as I was heading to airport. Firstly all I can say is WOW!!!!!! This accomodation at The Jewel speaks for itself, the views from our room were breathtaking and having the winter Gardens balcony made it extremely safe for the kids and less windier, this was definitely a very spacious apartment that allowed us all to enjoy our holiday with kids as it has so many hidden little sitting areas. The furnishing was absolutely stunning and the amenities which included an outdoor heated pool was absolutely fantastic.

Absolute heaven !! Loved my stay here at Jewel. I saw whales from the kitchen and balcony each morning and the view is sublime. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I slept with my bedroom door open and the sounds of the waves lulled me to sleep. In the morning even without getting out of bed I had the curtain remote and opened the electric curtains to reveal ocean views from bed. The bathroom was one of my favourite places with its soft magical rain shower from the roof to the gorgeous free standing bath with ocean views.

I was a solo traveller and felt very safe here.

Thank you beautiful Jewel for my special retreat.

It was very spacious and had all the amenities available to make our stay very comfortable.It was very clean and there were extra towels provided. However the best part was the full ocean view room we were allocated!! Absolutely gorgeous! The hotel was located in a very central location and we were able to walk everywhere! Fantastic Location in the heart of Broadbeach

Underground parking was easy; 2 bed/2 bath apartment spacious and well appointed. Both bedrooms and the lounge opened onto a balcony which had views of the pool area; the beach and restaurants below. Both indoor & outdoor pools were amazing. Loved that you could go down the lift to the ground floor and literally be in the heart of Broadbeach which has an incredible variety of restaurants and shops. The tram, Pacific Fair, the Star Casino and the Convention Centre all super close by.

We’ve just returned to Perth after a fantastic stay in Room 6003 on the 60th floor of Q1, which at 322.5m, is (currently) Australia’s tallest building. This particular apartment is managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts (GCLR).

We had 2 Norwegian friends visiting us for a month and I wanted their last 5 nights to be extra memorable so I was on the lookout for a high rise property on the Gold Coast with an ocean view preferably near the beach at Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach.

During one of many searches online I located the 4 Bedroom Sub Penthouse Apartment and the photos looked great so I secured it straight away.

As it turned out the pictures didn’t lie as the apartment was perfect! The rooms and facilities were excellent and the panoramic view from the lounge and dining room were amazing. You could see down the southern coast towards NSW and across the canals to the hinterland. I like how nicely the 4 bedrooms were spaced out from each other which made them private and quiet. The Q1 building is a pleasant short walk away from the hustle and bustle of central Surfers Paradise which also appealed to me.

I called the team at GCLR prior to arrival and a couple of times while in the apartment (to ask a few questions and to book parking) and each of the team members I spoke to were very friendly and professional. I would definitely be very happy to stay at this property again and I can highly recommend the services of Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.

Everything you needed for your family like a kitchen, dryer, washing machine and so much more was all in the apartment. It was close to everything the shops, restaurant and the beach such an amazing location to stay in.

During our stay I had an enquiry about a matter about the kitchen stove and got a quick response from the staff of Gold Coast Luxury Resort straight away. The staff are always helpful and friendly over the phone nothing was ever too much, and everything was explained and emailed to you.

My partner and I had a really wonderful time staying for 6D5N. Gold Coast is the first stop for our Honeymoon. The place is spacious and clean, everything is new, I love the bathtub it’s huge, and the view from our unit is simply breathtaking. The unit we stayed in has a designated car park lot so it’s fuss free! We also enjoyed the sauna room and heated indoor pool too! Location wise, it’s located at a prime location with so many restaurants and entertainments nearby. You’ll be spoilt for choice! Overall, we had a really memorable stay. was a beautiful stay for me and my friends, the apartment looked exactly like it did in photos and the beds were so comfy i fell asleep immediately. The hosts even left the heater on for us when we checked in as it was freezing outside in the middle of winter. it’s the perfect location if you want to be close to surfers paradise. I cannot wait to book here again for future holidays 🙂

Photos matched the house (Sentosa on Tugun) exactly. Having a pool and being so close to the beach was great. Also helped being close to the Gold Coast airport and we didn’t notice the noise of the planes. I Love playing table tennis! Lots of space and view of the beach etc made it easy to happily stay at home. Great place for kids. We hired bikes and enjoyed having the safety of the track to ride on. Amazing location and views!

We were stoked walking into a well designed apartment with modern styling and killer views of Surfers Paradise beach. The convenience of this apartment is great, with its location right above Woolworths, parks and a few minutes walk to the beach. Public transport is so close and easy to use we didn’t use the car. Parking is easy and reasonably priced at $10 a night.

We were amazed when we arrived at this apartment! The value is absolutely incredible and this apartment was the highlight of our stay. We didn’t realise how phenomenal the location was, but you step out into a street full of beautiful bars, restaurants and cafes. The plaza is literally a three minute walk in one direction, the casino is steps in the other. Pacific fair was also within walking distance. We were planning on hiring a car for our stay on the Gold Coast but once we saw the location of the accommodation we didn’t end up hiring one as everything was local, accessible and there was so much to do outside our doors. The tram stop is a 2-3 minute walk away that goes straight to Surfers Paradise and there were plenty of vegan places to eat in Broadbeach. The customer service was also outstanding. They were quick to respond to absolutely everything. The place was spotless when we arrived and it was so much bigger then we were expecting. Everything was so well thought through, from dishwashing liquid to laundry detergent and everything required to be able to cook our dinners out of the full size kitchen. We didn’t realise from photos but there’s actually two balconies which was great and both bedrooms led out to one. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and for the price the place was outstanding. It was quiet, it had an incredible view of night-time, and on the quiet nights we could hear the waves while we slept. The multiple pools, spa and sauna was also a great perk. We lost our room key when we left and the communication and understanding has been so appreciated. I will be recommending this place to all our friends and family

My 6 year old twins and I just stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and we loved our stay. Communication was great, late check in procedure was smooth, the view was fantastic. It was easy to get in and out of the garage, even with a large 4WD, and the place was super clean, with nice sheets, beds and towels, and beautifully decorated. The only downside was that there are no block out blinds on the enclosed balcony so if you have little ones, they will be up at 5am like mine… but it’s a small price to pay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

The location was perfect for us as we love Broadbeach and could easily walk everywhere. The beach is a 1 minute walk over the road, there is shopping such as clothes shops, supermarket, chemist and so many restaurants from cheap and cheerful to fine dining and everything in between, there is even a kids games arcade in the Oasis building. The Oracle building itself is beautiful, extremely clean, secure and in a great area. The room had everything we needed but wasn’t too full of clutter so was easy to keep neat and clean during out stay. The balcony had uninterrupted views and was exactly as described. It is our new favourite location to stay on the Gold Coast.

We loved the location – it was so close to everything, much better than the location of the house we previously stayed in on Sunset. Loved the house – lovely and open – plenty of fresh air and lovely cool breezes. Decorated very tastefully. Comfortable furniture and beds – supplied everything you would need. This apartment is value for money! It was super spacious and perfect for our family of three, but could easily accommodate for a larger family. The pool is fantastic, our little boy loved it. If you like to be a stones throw from the sand with views to Surfers & Coolangatta this is the place for you. A house, a pool, a beach, easy walking to Tugun for restaurants, pubs, shopping etc. 40 min wal to Coolangatta via pathway or beach. A bus stop out the front door to Surfers Paradise ($10) bus pass for 24 hours. We were 7 people and no one had any issues either swim, surf, or lay back, there are planes throughout the day that are quite noisy, but it’s just another thing to take a photo of while sipping a beer by the pool. I was once a local from the area and loved getting the sand back between my toes. It is a wonderful spot in the world to hang out so if you come only tell a few close friends and keep it your secret. Waking up every morning to a big buffet breakfast on the back alfresco, basking in the beautiful GC sunshine overlooking a gorgeous marina bay with plenty of marine life (crabs, dozens of fish) and birds (ducks, swans, seagulls) coming to visit the pontoon area giving plenty of entertainment to the kids. We had a blast watching movies at night in the cinema room and cooking BBQ by the water. Secure, clean and uncluttered rooms decked out with premium finishing. Solid Wi-Fi network. Very helpful and accessible hosts who were very generous in helping resolve some unexpected minor issues. Would highly recommend others to book. Less than 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise downtown.

I just returned from a 10 night stay at the Soul tower with my husband and two children. The apartment was fantastic, the best we’ve every stayed in (we have been to the Gold Coast 5 times in the last 5 years staying at a different building each time and booking thorough different agents). This is definitely one we would like to return to. The booking, check-in and check-out procedures are really simple and the staff were great. We had a small issue with our washing machine not working but it was fixed as quickly as possible. We hope to be back again next year.

We just spent a week at the stunning Oracle Resort on the 8th floor. Our room was absolutely beautiful, the views were amazing and the kids just loved the pools and spa. Gold Coast Luxury Resort were awesome to deal with, keys were super easy to pick up and the office is just around the corner. The lovely girls in the office let us leave all our bags (and there was a LOT!) in their conference room so we could cruise around Broadbeach while we waited for our flight. The whole experience was amazing and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anybody!
