GCLR invites you to experience our huge and recently refurbished,  247 square meter,  4 bedroom sub-penthouse apartment on level 60 at Q1 resort. This apartment features four generous sized bedrooms, three bathrooms + powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, enclosed balcony and views for days.

This apartment fills quickly so if you find it available we urge you to book it so you don’t miss out.

Check in takes place at Ground Floor / 130 Bundall Road, Bundall, QLD 4217, via our contactless key collection safe. We will provide you with the code for this safe on the day of arrival when your room is ready. Please note that due to the size of the apartment, and the time required for cleaning, check in time is from 3pm. 

*GCLR manages privately owned apartments at Q1 resort and are not associated with the onsite managers Q1 Resort & Spa. All reservations are managed by a licensed real estate agent. A pre-authorisation security bond is require on all properties – see terms and conditions for the amounts.
