Gold Coast Travel Expo

Date: Sunday the 5th March 2017

Event Details: Gold Coast’s biggest and most diverse expo is Travel Expo, this is a great way to kick off your travel planning for the year.
This expo showcases air, land, cruise and rail suppliers as well as tourism bodies, hotels and attractions form around the world.
There is also a large selection of travel service suppliers.
The event includes free travel presentations, stage entertainment, a kids zone, virtual reality experiences and many other displays.

Mermaid Beach Bowl Club Night Market

Date: Friday 10th March 2017

Event Details: Barefoot Bowls is Back!

Quicksilver Pro & Roxy Pro

Event Details: Grab your swimmers, sunscreen & join the world’s best male and female surfers as they battle it out in the 2017 Quiksilver Pro and Roxy Pro at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast.

The Quiksilver Pro and Roxy Pro are a highly admired sporting event of the Gold Coast, held in the oasis of the beachside town of Coolangatta, making this a popular event to a number of participants from all parts of Australia. This event includes a series of programs and a wide array of entertainment choices catering to the interest of adults and children alike; with a number of top Australian surfers headed to this unique event venue to compete and win the title.

Girls on tour Raceday Party

Date: Saturday 18th March 2017

Event Details: Sorry gents, this one is strictly for the ladies!
Due to popular demand the “Girls on Tour” Raceday party is back for our Gold Coast Stakes Day.

Grab your gals, throw on your favorite dresses and come and kick up your heels whilst enjoying a superb grazing seafood buffet; a 5-hour premium beverage package with Chandon, wine and spirits might we add. The day will also consist of raffles, prizes, plenty of dancing and more as we raise funds for the Animal Welfare League, QLD.

The Australian Surf Life Saving Championship (Aussies)

Date: 25th March – 2nd April 2017

Event Details: In 2017 the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships heads back to North Kirra Beach from 25 March until 2 April. Across 9 days, over 7000 Surf Life Savers from 313 surf clubs will compete in over 400 events from Youth, Open and Masters categories.

The Australian Surf Life Saving Championships (the Aussies) is an annual competition where representatives from 311 Surf Life Saving Clubs from around Australia compete across 2 kilometres of beach in over 380 events across 9 action packed days. The Aussies is the largest event of its kind in the world.

The purpose of The Aussies is to bring our National movement and community together in a safe and spirited celebration of the best of our lifesaving traditions, culture and sport.

AFL: Gold Coast Suns vs Brisbane Lions

Date: Saturday 25th March 2017

Event Details: Footys back and we are excited!! Come along and watch the Gold Coast SUNS return for the 2017 season against their state rivals the Brisbane Lions for QClash 13 on Sat 25 March at Metricon Stadium.

Foodies foodies foodies you cannot go past this one!
