The law regulating real estate transactions in Queensland is the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000. The Act is specific in its stipulation that other than the respective property owner, only a licensed person or an employee of a licensed person can make representations to the public regarding properties for rent.

The holiday rental of apartments listed here is conducted in accordance with the law, and when applicable is managed by a fully licensed real estate agent and appointed to manage the properties and receive the rental money on behalf of their owners.

Off-Site Letting Agent

We are a well-established independent licensed real estate agent and are not affiliated or associated with the on-site management of the resort or hotel. All Gold Coast Luxury Resorts Guest enquiries must be referred to the office located offsite in central Bundall and not the onsite management.

Check-in or check-out is ONLY available at the Gold Coast Luxury Resorts office. Guests cannot check-in or check-out at the building’s on-site reception. Guests will not receive housekeeping, room service, concierge or porter service from onsite management. Gold Coast Luxury Resorts has exclusive management access to a limited number of properties at the building.
